The Federation of Neighborhoods is hosting the public forum “Elections in Athens” on Monday, October 9, at 7:00pm at Ciné. The forum will discuss how elections are run in Athens-Clarke County and the challenges faced in planning for those elections and making voting accessible to people in our community.

Panelists will include members of the ACC Board of Elections as well as others involved in the election process.

The forum moderator will ask the panelists targeted questions and each will have an opportunity to respond. The forum will also provide an opportunity for community members to ask questions of the panelists related to elections in Athens.

All Federation of Neighborhoods forums are free and open to the public. Thank you to Ciné for helping sponsor the cost of rental of the Lab.

All residents of the Athens area are encouraged to attend this free forum held at Ciné, located at 234 West Hancock Ave – call Ciné at 706-353-3343 for directions. Refreshments are available at the Ciné Bar-Cafe.
