The Federation of Neighborhoods will host a forum on “Gang Violence and Crime Prevention in Athens” Monday, May 8 at 7:00pm at Ciné. The forum will host Police Chief Jerry Saulters, members of the gang task force and John Donnelly, Public Defenders Office. Our moderator will ask the panelists questions and each will have an opportunity to respond.

The forum will also provide an opportunity for community members to share their thoughts and ask questions of the panelists.

All Federation of Neighborhood forums are free and open to the public. Thank you to Ciné for helping sponsor the cost of rental of the Lab.

All residents of the Athens area are encouraged to attend this free forum held at Ciné, located at 234 West Hancock Ave – call Ciné at 706-353-3343 for directions. Refreshments are available at the Ciné Bar-Cafe.
